There's Excitement In The Air...

We spent the afternoon tying yellow ribbons around all the trees in the front and coloring a banner. The kids are trying to grab a few hours of sleep before it's time to go and get him. I'm about to do the dinner dishes, as there's no way I can sleep.

Thanks for the email and this fantastic post. I can see the joy in the pictures. I love the Southern Pines family and can't tell you in words how glad I am that Shan is back in the USA and on his way home to all the waiting arms. Loads of love from WA. Jean

I can't stand how cute those pictures are! It proves the fact that Shan is the luckiest Daddy ever. Look what he gets to come home to! Lucky him.
And, Marisa, way to go to get the hurricane junk cleaned up and the yard looking so darn good. Wow.
My heart is so full and I wish so much that I could be with you all this next few days, but it is a good thing that I'm not close. All Shan really wants right now is his beautiful sweetheart and his adorable kids. Have a blast together everyone. I'll check in later.
Love, love, love,
Mom
